Twelve Days of CADD Care | Day Three: Autodesk Reporting Onboarding for Admins Call (AROFA)

December 5th, 2023

On the third day of CADD Care, the CADD team gave to me… Autodesk Reporting Onboarding for Admins Call (AROFA)

I have always enjoyed the holiday season because it is not just a day, but a state of mind. It is the one time of the year when we all act a little nicer, we smile a little easier, and we cheer a little more. My holiday gift to you is an invite to my new, complimentary Autodesk Reporting Onboarding for Admins call – the greatest gift you could receive. This is a thirty-minute call in which I will cover the reporting section of your Autodesk account, and how you can use the insights to optimize your Autodesk portfolio.

I’ll show you how to use the “Reporting Section” of your Autodesk account, to give you the knowledge to determine the best methods to manage your licenses. You will learn how to use the information in these reports to determine which licenses are being underutilized, which products need to be reassigned, and which users would be better assigned to Flex Tokens.

These are the three top reasons to book an Autodesk Reporting Onboarding for Admins call with me:

  1. Seat Usage Insight You’ll be able to see which users have assigned products and monitor their frequency of use. With this information, admins can optimize seat assignments and purchasing decisions. The seat usage summary tracks: • Total users: People on your team who have opened and used products. • Total products: Assigned products that have been used. • Total seats: Subscription seats for products with single-user access

  2. Flex Usage Information You’ll be able to see your teams’ use of Flex tokens summarized by product and by user. This can help admins manage token usage and forecast for future purchases.

  3. Overall Usage Snapshots • You can see a holistic view of usage in a report that unifies both seat and Flex usage. Filters allow you to select products and timeframes for the report. With this information, admins can optimize seat assignments and purchasing decision for collections, individual products, and Flex for occasional use. Usage is reported by the number of days a product is used.

So, treat yourself this holiday season and book an Autodesk Reporting Onboarding call with me. I will answer any questions that you might have and to help you understand how to get the most out of your Autodesk subscription. Email me at customer.success@caddmicrosystems.com.

To quote the inimitable Robin Williams, we don’t read and write reports because it’s cute. We read and write reports because we are members of the human race. And medicine, law, business, engineering, these are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life, but reports, are what we live for. I hope to see you soon on the onboarding call!

Happy Holidays!
